Surgeon Reveals What Jennifer Aniston Did To Her Face As She Causes Concern With New Look

Jennifer Aniston is known for having one of the most youthful looks in Hollywood, but the actress’s recent appearance has some fans convinced she’s turned to cosmetic help.

Now, a medical expert has come forward to share their professional opinion on what Aniston seems like she’s had done or not.

“It does look less full than in previous photos, particularly in the cheeks area,” Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Carl Truesdale told In Touch, even though he’s never consulted Aniston before.

“She’s showing a bit more laxity in her face, particularly in the jowl area and the lower eyelid area. This could potentially indicate there were fillers that have dissolved.”

Aniston May Have Had Her Fillers Dissolved

Dr. Truesdale referred to recent images showing Aniston leaving a plastic surgeon office in Connecticut alongside her friend and fellow actress Sandra Bullock, suggesting the duo were going in for work together, or one was providing moral support.

The surgeon further explained “a sign of dissolved filler is seeing more volume loss than what one would expect for normal facial aging or weight loss.”

He further observed that the “puffiness” in Jen’s face “could potentially be from filler,” clarifying that it “doesn’t exactly look like orbital fat, which usually presents as a bag.”

A celebrity like Jennifer Aniston may choose to have fillers dissolved to achieve a more natural appearance or to address complications from previous cosmetic procedures. The process typically involves injecting an enzyme called hyaluronidase to break down the hyaluronic acid-based fillers, allowing the body to reabsorb and eliminate them naturally.

“[It] could be associated with filler that is migrated, or it could also represent obstructed lymphatics, which doesn’t allow fluid to leave her under eye area,” Truesdale continued to explain Jen’s seeming puffiness. “This can be seen with chronic filler use and can contribute to an overall puffy look that we call ‘filler fatigue.’”

Aniston Is Private About The Work She’s Had Done

There may be another explanation for Aniston’s more gaunt look – aging. If she’s not keeping up with fillers regularly, even if she’s not dissolving the work she’s already had done, it could explain the changes to her face.

“It seems that her recent look could be associated with bone loss around the orbit, which is common for her age,” Dr. Truesdale went on. “Laxity of the eyelid skin and the cheeks is due to volume and facial laxity is best addressed with a facelift.”

In general, Aniston has generally been private about her use of cosmetic enhancements or plastic surgery, so fans shouldn’t expect her to address the speculation around filler anytime soon. However, she has openly discussed her experience with rhinoplasty, commonly known as a nose job, which she underwent to correct a deviated septum.

The Friends alum has also mentioned in interviews that she prefers less invasive treatments and maintains her youthful appearance through a combination of healthy lifestyle choices, including a balanced diet and regular exercise.
